Is Are Am in Hindi

USE OF IS, AM, ARE ( Day 1 )

✔जिन वाक्यों में काम का न होना पाया जाए तथा वाक्य के अंत मे ' है','हूँ',हो आदि शब्द हों तो ऐसे वाक्यों में is are am का प्रयोग करते है।

Is	Singular(एकवचन)
Are	Plural (बहुवचन)
Am	I के साथ

STRUCTURE :

1. Affirmative sentences

⇒ Sub + is/are/am + noun

Example :-

वह लड़का है।	He is a boy
विनीता एक अच्छी लड़की है।	Vineeta is a good girl.
वे मेरे मित्र हैं।	they are my friend.
मैं एक विद्यार्थी हूँ ।	I am a student.
मेरे पिता एक किसान हैं।	my father is a farmer.
मै बुद्धिमान हूँ। -	I am Intelligent.
यह एक सेब है। -	This is an apple.

2.Negative sentences

⇒ Sub + is/are/am + not + noun

Examples :-

वह अध्यापक नही है।	He is not a teacher.
मैं भूखा नही हूँ।	I am not hungry.
राम कमरे मे नही है।	Ram is not in the room.
मेरे पिता किसान नही है।	My father is not a farmer.
तुम एक विद्यार्थी नही हो।	You are not a student.
मैं बुरा नही हूँ।	I am not bed.
(यह फूल सुंदर नही है।	This flower is not beautiful.
हमलोग अमीर नही हैं।	We are not rich.

3. Interrogative sentences

⇒Is/am/are + sub +(not) + noun

Example:-

क्या राम कमरे मे है ?	Is Ram in the room ?
क्या तुम एक विद्यार्थी हो ?	Are you a student ?
क्या मैं चित्रकार हूँ ?	Am i painter ?
क्या वह धनी है ?	Is he rich ?
क्या हरी बुरा लड़का है।	Is Hari a bed boy ?
क्या वह बहादुर नही है ?	Is he not brave ?
क्या छात्र कक्षा में नहीं हैं ?	Are the student not in the class ?
क्या गायें खेत में नहीं हैं ?	Are the cows not in the field ?

3.Double Interrogative sentences

⇒ Wh.word + is/am/are + sub + (not) + noun

Example: -

मेरी गाय कहाँ है ?	Where is my cow. ?
वह क्या है ?	What is this ?
आपका घर कहाँ है।	Where is your home ?
यह पानी मीठा क्यों है ?	Why is this sweet water ?
मैं धनी क्यो नही हूँ ?	Why am i not rich ?
राम क्यों कमरे में नही है ?	Why Is Ram not in the room ?
कक्षा में छात्र क्यों नहीं हैं ?	Why are the students not in the classroom ?
वे बहादुर क्यों नहीं हैं ?	Why are they not brave ?

• आपलोग शिक्षक नही हो। --
• मैं होशियार नही हूँ। --
• क्या तुम चोर हो। --
• क्या तुम ईमानदार हो। --
• क्या सुनील होशियार है। --
• क्या राम डरपोक है। --
• क्या वह डरपोक नही है।  --
• मैं बुरा लड़का कैसे हूँ।  --
• तुम होशियार क्यों हो।  --
• राम डरपोक क्यों नही है।  --

इन वाक्यों को English में Translate करें और जब आप रूल समझ जाये तो  और  नए  sentences ( जो  अपने ही बनाये हो )हिंदी से अंग्रेजी में convert करने की वजाय direct इंग्लिश में बोलने की कोशिश करें 

जैसे - I am a good Student.

You are timid

He is intelligent.

You are thief.

this is my book.

this is my leptop.
